Question need help DVD ripping and burning under MDK10.


I can rip the DVD's to a Video_TS folder but then I have know where to burn them from. I have a DVD burner but dont what program or plug-in burns dvd .vobs from the Video-TS. can some one please give me a handfull of ideals. can WINE be an option? list of programs?? help!!!! thx!
