mldonkey


hey quick question, i use edonkey on winxp atm and have downloads going and also have suse 9.2 installed on another hd when i install mldonkey can i just point to me temp folder and continue the downloads i already have going ?

i have a problem installing it this is what i get

linux:/home/chris/g2gui-0.3.0-pre1-linux-jar-gtk # ./g2gui
cat: /root/.g2gui/g2gui.pref: No such file or directory
Starting MLdonkey G2gui (java)...
Invalid or corrupt jarfile lib/g2gui.jar
G2gui terminated.

i downloaded the java rpm and installed it, anyone any ideas ?

I don't think you can point to your XP's temp in mldonkey since it uses a different format for it's temp files, so it will rebuild them and make them unreadable for your eDonkey program in XP.
For GUI i recommend to use KMLDonkey, best GUI i ever seen. Or just go to http://127.0.0.1:4080 with any browser...
