mldonkey

can anyone gimme a quick rundown on mldonkey (how well it works, stability, configurability, etc)? i'm using giFT right now, but it seems mldonkey connects to many more networks (edonkey, Overnet, Bittorrent, Gnutella, Gnutella2, Fasttrack, Soulseek, Direct-Connect, and Opennap) as opposed to giFT (OpenNap, OpenFT, FastTrack).

Also, what is the best mldonkey GUI (in your opinion)?

I used to use mldonkey (actually kmldonkey - kde derivative) and found it was much slower than apollon (front end for giFT). Even though with apollon I only use OpenFT, FastTrack and Gnutella, the downloads are quite a bit faster and the better looking gui (IMHO) is just easier to use.
