Mint Program Downloads Are Difficult To Find?

Hi, I have been downloading to Mint, Wine is there, but after using a terminal to download from an Ubuntu repository, I could not find the additional programs anywhere.

Also I tried downloading through the Mint repository, these few programs too, are not in the lists.

I could do with a bit of light shed on the subject.
