KDE Annoyance - In regards to the start up processes.

I've recently started using KDE (Kubuntu distrobution) on one of my older notebooks after two years of GNOME useage.

One of the things I find annoying about it is how it manages to remember around 3 applications I had previously opened (such as konqueror, amarok, open office) even if I killed them before shutting down.

My question to you guys is how do I turn this feature off?, this is an old school spec laptop (perfectly capable of running KDE though) and so KDE sits there for around 2 minutes firing up applications I didn't ask for and so it takes time to get to real tasks.

Many thanks for anyone in advance who answers this, it's probably a simple click in a few places but I can't seem to find an option any ware.

Thanks again,
Steve

There we go hehe. Its perfect now. Many thanks for getting back so soon too .

The control center is slightly different however in Kubuntu.

Heres how to navigate in KDE for Kubuntu for anyone else who wanted to know how to do this.

Kmenu
System Settings
"Advanced Tab"
Session Manager
Hit the "Start Session Empty" radio button and apply.

Many thanks berbae
