Java/flash plugin for mozilla

Hey im trying to go to sites such as games.yahoo.com to play some of those awesome online games, and its saying i need a java/flash plugin...where would one find such a thing?

For java go to http://java.sun.com

for Flash, you can download the plugins at www.macromedia.com

you can choose between the jre or sdk. the jre is just the runtime while the sdk will let you compile and create java programs. get the linux rpm in the self extracting file. then you'll have to create a link to the libjavaplugin.so file in your browser's plugin folder.

for flash:

obviously get the linux version. untar it and copy the *.xpt and *.class files into your browser's plugins folder.
