Is there a way to read rock ridge extensions in Windows?

I burned about 5 DVDs with K3B and I can't read any of these DVDs in Windows. I was wondering if there was a program somewhere that would let me read rock ridge extensions in Windows.

Are you sure it's the Rock Ridge extensions that's causing the problem? Not that I'm very familiar with the protocol, but I've been able to burn DVDs readble by Windows without any problem. I use mkisofs and growisofs directly instead of through k3b, but I don't think that should make a difference.
