               httpd-tools = 2.2.15-15.el6.centos.1
 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
 You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
and when run :
Code:
[root@ ~]# yum --skip-broken install httpd
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, protectbase
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
 * base: centos.bio.lmu.de
 * extras: centos.copahost.com
 * rpmforge: merlin.fit.vutbr.cz
 * updates: centos.copahost.com

Packages skipped because of dependency problems:
    httpd-2.2.15-15.el6.centos.1.x86_64 from updates
[root@ ~]#

ok, problem solved
just remove httpd-tools = 2.2.15-15.el6.centos.1 when you can install httpd.
