Help Desk Software


Can anyone recommend any software that can aid in setting up a technical support help desk.

I use OTRS and it's been working great for me..

RT - Request Tracker is supposed to be one of the best (most configurable, adaptable) Open Source ticketing systems, but it is a bit more difficult to get setup and running, imho.
