Help Desk Software

Does anyone know of some good help desk software that I can host from a Redhat server.

I'm looking for preferably open source and not commercial software, but if the price is right on the commercial I might consider it.

I have just implemented Request Tracker:
http://www.bestpractical.com/rt

at work. Version 3 is in the pipeline and we are hoping it will be released soon so we can start using it rather than upgrading (although they will include upgrade tools).

It is very easy to set up and works with sendmail, apache and mysql with minimal changes.

Best of all its FREE!
