Help: Deleted /dev/nst0 file on a Linux 2.6 version

Hi,

I accidently deleted /dev/nst0. Where can I get a new copy of this device driver? I have looked long enough so I'll just ask for help.

Thanks,
Doug

Most 2.6 based systems use udev. If you are on such a system that uses debian-style init scripts, restarting udev (/etc/init.d/udev restart) should take care of your missing device.

If you use a static dev directory, you'd need to use the MAKEDEV script.
