GIMP | change layer names

Is there a way to change all layers names at once?

for example, I have this gif that I want to slow down but it has 125 frames.
I dont want to click each layer and type the desired ms in each one, can I
select them all somehow?

i dont use it so im just guessing.. it would make sense that you could do some combination of holding the shift and/or the ctrl key when u select the 1st, then last layer in the list
