f-spot guru anywhere?

running f-spot on my xubuntu machine. I noticed after it imports the pictures original files from the folder may be deleted.

However I see the pictures on the browse screen. What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to export the files back to the original folder (e.g. pictures/2011-12)

If I recall, you should have an option within the settings to change this behavior.

Cheers,

F-Spot copies all of the photos into a directory structure, that can be found at ~/Photos, based on the year, month, and day a photo was taken. I believe there is an option during import that allows you to remove the photos from the original location. There isn't a way to reverse that other than to copy all of the photos back out.
