Enable TELNET "server"

I forgot how to do it. I need to enable my TELNET for Linux Redhat 9. I need to access the command line through my windows box.

Please do me a favor and use ssh rather then telnet as stated in the link given by acid_kewpie. It just makes so much more sense.

I did not find any searches on the topic. Could you be more specific? Let's say I was interested, how do I get Windows XP Profesional (IP=192.168.1.100) to "ssh?" into Linux Redhat (IP=192.168.1.105)

I did try typing shh on "run" and windows did not take it as a valid command.
