CUPS Configuration Issue

Hello. I have recently installed my HP DeskJet 3820 on RedHat 8.0. When I go into CUPS it has no problem adding the printer. I have the correct drivers for it. When I try to print a test page nothing happens so I set the log level to DEBUG and I took a look at the error.log file to see if I could figure out the problem.

Here is the output from the error.log file. I have put an arrow next to the lines that I thought could be an indication of the problem.

If you have apt-get installed you can do:
apt.get install cupsys-client
If you don't, search for the package cupsys-client (or maybe cups-client)
