Cannot install pptpconfig on Fedora 7

Help!

I'm trying to install pptpconfig on a Fedora 7 system, however I am getting a dependency error. Here's what I have done and the output:

Code:
# rpm -i http://pptpclient.sourceforge.net/yum/stable/fc7/pptp-release-current.noarch.rpm
# yum install pptpconfig
Loading "protectbase" plugin
0 packages excluded due to repository protections
Setting up Install Process

--> Processing Dependency: libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.7) for package: php4-pcntl
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: Missing Dependency: libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.7) is needed by package php4-pcntl
How do I resolve this issue?

Thanks in advance!

perhaps conflicting repositories. try disabling all repos except fedora, updates, and pptp-stable. then run yum.

find libc.so.6 in another linux system,and copy it into current system, and put this file into /lib directory. and install it again~~
