Unhappy pptpconfig suse 10.2

I have installed pptpconfig in suse 10.2, and I can start pptpconfig, and the service line becomes green after starting.
But, ping is not working, I always get 100% packet loss.

What can do ?

Welcome to Linux Questions!

I have green indication already from service line. Network configuration? It works with Windows2000 properly, it is a VPN-Network, with username and password, Windows2000 says :Server ppp. transport TCP/IP, Authemtic MS CHAP V2, Encrypt MPPE 128, Compress MPPC, PPP multitasking frame off, Server IP ..., Client IP ...., IP Adress auto, DHCP enabled, LM Hosts enabled, Use netbios settings, no IPSEC, TCP?IP filtering permit all,

pptpconfig is set to
no mp, no awth, no ipv6, no ktune,
routing: client to lan, lan to lan, all tunnnel, (all 4) = no difference,

pinging:
If you know pptpconfig, you should know about pinging. There are no parameters.

Best regards
