can a rdhat8 application run on fedora/enterprise?

Hi,
can an application which is run on redhat8 run on fedora/enteerprise?
can i install enterprise on a machine and after that install application which is made for rdhat8?
do i need to do some modifications for the enterprise OS inorder to run this application/ what shgould i do after install an enterprise machine in order to install on it a rdhat8 application?

is there any program your looking at in particular or hypothetically speaking? If it is a common program it might be included with the distro. If not you can usually find programs packaged for your specific OS online.

i ment that the application (tar files ) is ment for rdhat8
can i install it on enterprise?

It may or may not work. What package is it and why is it just for Redhat 8. Usually source packages can be compiled on any system that meets the requirements of the package, but without knowing what package it is, I amy not be entirely accurate.
