audacity problem :\

ok, i have installed audacity many times before with no problem. But this is a new install of mandrake 9.2 . and this what i get when i try to install:

[root@localhost recordingapps]# rpm -ivh audacity-1.1.3-2mdk.i586.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
libvorbis.so.0 is needed by audacity-1.1.3-2mdk
libwx_gtk2-2.4.so.0 is needed by audacity-1.1.3-2mdk
[root@localhost recordingapps]# whereis libvorbis
libvorbis: /usr/lib/libvorbis.la /usr/lib/libvorbis.a /usr/lib/libvorbis.so

i have install a few different rpms and i still get the same result.
is there is somewhere that i have to point it manually to libvorbis? any suggestions would be great! this is preventing me from getting gift working also.

Thanks

/Jason

http://audacity.sourceforge.net/unix.php

I installed it form source and made sure I had the wxGTK, libogg, libvorbis, dependencies installed first. Works well.. also compiled in support for some other audio formats

i just ran the rpms voa the GUI instead of command line, and it picked up on all the files it was missing.
