After distribution upgrade cant connect to WiFi

I think it was called Saucy Salamander. Left it uploading last night and this morning I can't access the internet. I have checked settings and all seems fine. Have restarted twice with no luck. Any ideas????

The part where you say you've "checked settings and all seems fine"; you should post what you've checked and why you think it seems fine. Pretty much post what you've done to diagnose this. There are a ton of things it could be, to resolve this you may have to do a few things; however no one can even start to give you recommendations until you explain a bit more the details about your machine's network state.

For starters I recommend you provide the following from a command prompt, or terminal window:

- The outcome of the command "uname -a"
- The outcome of the command "lsusb"
- The outcome of the command "ifconfig"
- The outcome of the command "iwconfig"
- The make and model of your computer, including the make and model of your WIFI adapter.
- Does it boot otherwise?
