problem solved by

Code:
sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi.conf
Of course, use the actual name of your driver, if not iwlwifi. Write one line:
Code:
options iwlwifi 11n_disable=1
Proofread carefully, save and close gedit.
