2 fvwm processes with 2 displays, only want one fvwm

Hello,

I've been hacking my linux system with dual displays. Right now when the machine boots up I have two fvwms running in the process list:

2794 ? S 0:00 /usr/bin/fvwm2
2817 ? S 0:00 ssh-agent /etc/X11/xinit/Xclients
2820 ? S 0:00 /usr/bin/fvwm2

I have two graphics cards installed in the machine and have a monitor plugged into each. Is this the reason for two FVWMs? Is it possible to have only one FVWM process and still use both the graphics cards?

In /etc/rc.d/rc.local I am calling the file /etc/rc.d/rc.xwin. This file contains the following:

/usr/X11R6/bin/xfs -daemon
/usr/X11R6/bin/startx > /dev/null &

This is on a Fedora system.
