How many migration processes should there be per cpu?

Umm...could you "pad" the question a bit?
I'd go for one...but..."migration pocess" for me, means moving stuff (data) from one platform to the next...
Backup is not a migration process...then again, that's my take...

I found the answer elsewhere. FYI there is one migration process per cpu core, so it you are working with a dual core cpu you will have two migration processes.

The function is to move processes from a heavily loaded cpu core to a less heavily loaded one.

Thanks.
