Cluster computing is a wide-open topic in Linux; it's probably the most widely used clustering OS these days. Process migration is among the capabilities of such systems. What you need to do is some good old-fashioned research, not only on this specific set of keywords but on the broader topic. The Internet makes this relatively painless to do, and the place to begin isn't just by asking participants in a forum to feed you answers. Enjoy your time at the virtual library.
