how ti display Japanese font in shell


Hi,

i am facing problem while encoding Japanese in Linux server. is there any way to encode in shell itself.

please help me to resolve this issue.

What do you mean by "encoding"? Are you trying to simply display Japanese characters? If so what is your $LANG set to and what sort of terminal emulator are you using? (assuming you are not on the actual console)
