What kind of slowness issue? Slowness in executing commands, copying files, browsing directories what? Did you check user profile and find anything different from other users?

Finally, did you log a call with Red Hat support on this?

if you put any command on shell(ksh) take more time compare than other server.
server load, memory and users process everything fine.

Is this user a centralized user or local user. You said that on other server the same user works fine but on this server there is slowness. Is that correct. Did you try pulling the profile of the user again from centralized location if this user is managed by centralized directory server?

If it is about local user, did you try creating a new user and check if you get the same performance issue?
