Exclamation Helix Streaming Server

Hola,
i need to ask how can i stream live video from my usb web-cam that is attached directly to my server.
my server is :

Helix Server Basic 14.0

First you capture the video output by using any of the Live encoder and convert it Helix Streaming server supportable format and then push the live feed to the Streaming server

Many thanks for your help, but really i need to a real example, if you can
Really i'm very confused as i don't know how to make a producing in my linux server, also how to use this, if you have any guides, it is ok.
