Guru's help need for security
Dear Gurus,
i have email+web server on one machine in my network behind Redhat8 router BOX, i PREROUTE all HTTP, POP3, and smtp traffice to my email+web server by IPTABLES PREROUTE, i want to know if i route all HTTP 80 Port traffic to my interneal network email+web server what kind of security holes happen with my that server from 80 port????????/ plzzzzzz help me and give me sujjestion how to rideover these security holes????????????

It totally depends on what the internal server is running. Basically you're allow through all traffic to port 25/tcp, 80/tcp, and 110/tcp. If the operating system or any of the services running on the server can be exploited via those three ports, then you may have a problem. Without knowing what OS/services you're using all anyone can really tell you is what TBC Cosmo said: install all the security updates available.
