chrooting advice

I have been reading about chrooting and thought I would give it a try. I want to know if this is over my head or not. I have to hard drives, I have fedora core 2 on one and wanted to install my wwwroot on the other. I have installed Jail v1.9 and ran it on my other drive. On that drive I now have bin dev lib etc.. Can my whole other hard drive be a chroot jail? I would like to chroot apache mysql php qmail and I guess I would have to chroot the things they need to, like gd libpng jpegsrc etc.

Thanks for the feedback.

I'd say just make a start. Chroot one service, then tackle the next. For MySQL search this forum for posts by Markus.* . Good luck.
