certificate authentication for ssh

Hi,

Has anyone ever configured certificate authentication for openssh-3.1p1-7 on a redhat 7.2 (2.4.7-10) server and a ssh windows client (version 2.1)? The ssh website doesn't provide information for this version of openssh. I'm assuming sshd_config has to modified as well as some key files on the redhat side and i really don't know what to do on the windows client side. Any suggestions?

Thanks for you input.
