Why is my sound device not working after i downloaded Ardour-2.8.12?????????
There is no sound at all on my computer after i downloaded Ardour-2.8.12. I'm using ubuntu 11.10, and my computer is acer aspire.
I don't use that software but perhaps it changed your default audio engine or is using the wrong device did you check alsa pulse or OSS whicheveryou are using to make sure all settings there are okay
