VMware Linux guest on 2K host.

I've done this a dozen times the other way around (2K guest on RH host) but I'm having trouble with a RH 7.3 install on a 2K sp3, VM 3.1 system. When the installer prompts for disk 2 it fails with "Error installing package yadda yadda..this is a fatal error". I don't see anything at vmware.com that's even close to the prob I'm having.

I'm stumped. If there's a more appropriate forum for this question just let me know.

Welcome to Linux Questions.

Presumably your install disks are fine?
