RHEL 5.9 to RHEL 6.4 upgrade

Can anyone tell me, is there any document to upgrade from RHEL 5.9 to RHEL 6.4

There is no official Red Hat upgrade path from 5 to 6

The general conclusion is that you will have to install 6.4 and then migrate your applications / data accordingly.

As above. I tried migrating from one to the next on a non critical system. Was not pretty. You will save tons of time migrating.

As TenTenths implied, its officially unsupported (by RH) to migrate across major version nums eg https://access.redhat.com/site/docum...ted_Notes.html
