PROFTPD Errors?

Can someone point me in the right direction to get this fixed

Code:
[root@Xtasy1 /]# /etc/init.d/proftpd start
Starting proftpd: - getaddrinfo 'Xtasy1' error: Name or service not known
 - warning: unable to determine IP address of 'Xtasy1'
 - error: no valid servers configured
 - Fatal: error processing configuration file '/etc/proftpd.conf'
                                                           [FAILED]

seems it can't resolve that host through your DNS settings... you must be able to ping it etc...

check your /etc/hosts if the 192.168.x.x or smth like that matches your machine's name (Xtasy1). Let a say if you machine's IP is 192.168.0.1, then there should be an entry in the hosts file like this:
[code]192.168.0.1 Xtasy1[code]
