To start off you are going to have to rethink your current set up because whenever you have two users modifing one file at the same time you are going to run into serious problems. Even version management software like subversion won't handle this well. If this is your ultimate goal I would suggest you look into something like google docs or zoho. Both are free online document and spreadsheet editors. They will allow you to export to xls files as necessary and they will allow concurrent editting. Doing this will also solve your file sharing issue.

Also please try to use as good english as possible. It helps us to understand your problem as best as possible. We realize that it is not the first language of some people but using plz instead of please is not a language issue.

To setup a shared folder use NFS. Here is a simple step by step for FC5 is should be the same for FC8. http://www.fedoraforum.org/forum/sho...d.php?t=102621

As tamoneya said, you do not want to have 2 users editing an spreadsheet (or most any other files) at the same time. So if that is your only reason to want to setup a shared folder I would suggest rethinking your plans.
