Angry new user needs to superuser


I am new and need a superuser passwork as someone changed my admin and when I click to install a flash and the closes I have a down image to install but can't without superuser password please help I am 2 hours trying to install a printer and fix this bug

It would be helpful if you indicated which Linux distribution you are using. I'm not sure what the rest of your post is about. One method of changing the root password is explained at the link below. If that doesn't help, post back with some information indicating which Linux you are using.

If you're using Ubuntu then the administrative password is the same as your own password. Typically, Ubuntu does not set up a root account on installation.
