linux GNOME not loading.

I have problem in my kali linux distribution, Whenever i start my linux GNOME Desktop or GUI not loading, it happens every time.
Please help me as soon as possible .

Please provide more information. There's really not much to go on in your post.

What are the specs of your computer, particularly the CPU, the video card, and the amount of RAM/video RAM available?

Are you running Kali as a Live CD (as the Kali maintainers recommend) or is it installed to the HDD?

Any additional information you can think of could also be useful.

first of all thanks for helping me....
Computer Spec:::
Dell Laptop
AMD Graphic card
4 GB ram
Core I3 Processor
I am using linux in dual boot ....(Windows 8.1 and Linux)
...................
Whenever i start my linux some codes are scrolling down by itself then comes to the next step of loading GNOME GUI Desktop,
it simply freezes or whole screen looks blank...
