Question Kdevelop project trouble. Help!

hi all,
i am working on a big project in kdev.
Due to some major changes, i was forced to change the directory structure of the program, and now i am having a lot of troubles just to link the full stuff.

My new directory tree looks like:

MyProject
|
|-MyProject
|-Includes
|-ImageLoader

Now, even if i have all makefiles, everytime i try to link the thing, i receive a message like:

gmake[3]: *** No rule to make target `ImageLoader/libImageLoader.a', needed by `MyProject'. Stop.
gmake[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

For what i may see the makefile is missing something, but what? Even worst, I can't edit the makefile, since Kdev generates them on the fly, so i should edit other config files, which i ignore completely.
Any suggestions please?
Thank you all,
the G.
