installing python library's (Python Numeric)

Hi, I want to install the pygame library. One of the dependencies is the Python Numeric library. How do I install this library?

This is what I get when I run setup.py
Code:
Using EXTRA_COMPILE_ARGS = []
Using builtin 'lite' BLAS and LAPACK
usage: setup.py [global_opts] cmd1 [cmd1_opts] [cmd2 [cmd2_opts] ...]
   or: setup.py --help [cmd1 cmd2 ...]
   or: setup.py --help-commands
   or: setup.py cmd --help

error: no commands supplied

I can highly recommend reading the README and INSTALL
files for that kind of problem...

Cheers,
