I can not access FTP 502 unimplemented

Hello, I don't know what happen but when I restart my server I can't access FTP shows me :

I reinstall qmail,pure-ftpd and vsftpd . I have kloxo control panel installed any help how I can restore my FTP access ? Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english .

Isn't CuteFTP software for mcrsft wndws? Does this behaviour also show with any GNU/Linux FTP Client or web browser? Which FTP daemon are you using and how is it configured?
