Unhappy How to stop ContentKeeper from running at Linux startup?

When I'm starting the computer, the ContentKeeper application is automatically being started at the startup process, and is then halted in a hanged state. No actions are being possible to be taken after that. Please advice me on how to block or uninstall the ContentKeeper application page at that position?

Boot into runlevel 1, run 'chkconfig --del [nameofapplication]' to keep it from starting on boot(, then check the applications logs to see why it hangs).
