How to Mount Windows server using smb

Hello,
Sorry if it’s not correct Form but I will try anyway
I am running MacBook Pro 2020 macOS 12.6.8
This is not mine but business laptop. I don't have admin privileges and I'm standard user.
I am connecting to business network using VPN (Cisco Anyconnect)
VPN lasts 24 hours ( for security reason) hence every morning I have to re-connect.
I have 5 server in the network that I have to be connected. They all are Windows.
Every morning I have to mount it again.
Initially I used Finder - Go - Connect to Server and start connections.
Now I created a file which has 5 lines like open "smb://server" and it establishes connections to all server when I execute the file.
This is much more convenient for me.
Now I have 2 questions:
1. where would you recommend me to place the file. For now I placed it on Desktop but I'd prefer if it runs every time when I start VPN or etc. i.e. not manually but automatically
2. at the end of execution I have opened Finder window. Could I put something in the file in order to close that Finder window.

Thanks in advance

This is not a Linux question!

LQ is not a helpdesk for Apple products nor for Cisco products - try making using of the support agreements the business has with those companies.

This says it all, you need to go through your company. I too have a corporate laptop and all things like this must be done by corporate IT folks who do have the permissions.

This is similar to several of your other threads, asking about building AWS skills on Amazon, working with Cygwin on Windows, etc....none of these are Linux related. Apple is not Linux. If you don't have admin rights, then you are limited in what you do. Further, putting something like "how to run a script on startup on macos" yields a good bit; did you do ANY research of your own???

There is already something called launchd on Mac OS, and there are GUI's for configuration, like Launch Control. Use launchd or install something...which you can't do because you don't have the rights. Which takes you back to, "Call your company and have the IT people automate this for you".

I am an Apple user, and I can tell you that "MacOS can directly do this quite easily." (As can Linux.) But this is fundamentally a corporate IT matter between you and your company. Simply contact their IT department, describe your situation and ask for help. They can "remote in" to your machine, with full administrative rights, and help you to accomplish your requirements efficiently. "This is what they are paid the big bucks to do for people like yourself."
