Oh I did read your question. Have you ever installed anything from the package manager? Maybe searched online for installing the separate packages? Not to bust your bubble man, but linux wasn't made to be easy. To make it easier on you though, try your hardest, and whatever you get stumped on, ask in the forums, instead of asking for someone to find you a step by step tutorial. I say it that way because you won't learn how to achieve something by following in someone else's footsteps.
