help on quota in proftpd

I had install proftpd RPM in red hat 9, and only share out /home/proftp/public to everyone except anonymous user, and it's working well.

Now I want to set the quota of /home/proftp/public to avoid the user abuse the disk space, is there any suggestion?

Thanks.
