Exclamation Fedora 4 & ATI Drivers

Hi
I'm running Fedora 4 and have updated it with "yum update" and it completed the update OK.
I had problem installing "fglrx_4_3_0-8.16.20-1.i386.rpm" form ATI for it was asking for libstd++c.so.5, that is now installed. Now I get this:

[root@ros ~]# yum install /root/Desktop/Downloads/ATI/fglrx_4_3_0-8.16.20-1.i386.rpm

I installed the driver first, but open gl was not working, and I read in other forums that .rpm package should be installed first. Am I doing it the right way, and if so what's the next step?!
thanks

ATI drivers must be installed with --force option

$rpm -Uhv --force /root/Desktop/Downloads/ATI/fglrx_4_3_0-8.16.20-1.i386.rpm

should install.

Question

OK, it worked, and everything installed, but still no 3D acc. So I reinstalled and updated Fedora and then libstdc++.so.5, fglrx for X.org and than ATI drivers and ran fglrxconfig. I lost my resolution for 1280x960 and got nothing in return! I past here the original config file and the one after running fglrxconfig. Can somebody guide me through?! I just wonder how is Linux going to be popular if installing a simple driver has to be so complicated!
I delete the comments and other non-graphic parts to make it shorter!
