Error unable to read pckg metadata missing repodata directory

Hi to all,

This is my first time trying to install Fedora 10 on my aspire 5000 laptop. I have installed with no problems but did not like it because of the fact that i could not make my usb modem (icon 225), and i read in a few forums that it will be easier on the fedora 10. I downloaded the 6 cd images and begun to install. everything went well till it give me the

"Unable to read package metadata. This may be due to a missing repodata directory. Please ensure that your install tree has been correctly generated.
Could not retrieve /mnt/sysimage/var/cache/yum/anaconda-installationRepo-200811191949.i386/primary.sqlite.bz2 matching remote checksum from anaconda-installationRepo-200811191949.i386"

the edit box is available but don't know how to edit it.
It ask for a repository url. Tryed to make the type repository to cd/dvd but did not work

I searched the net for help but did not find a satisfactory one. I was contemplating the use of a virtualbox also so to prevent this problem.

Could i be provided with some insight into this problem.

In advance thanks for helping

P.S.: I'm a newbie so please be as detailed as possible or point to where it will be.

Looks like the cd that it has in the drive is corrupt and you may need to re-download that one.
