From this I have to assume that you used wine to get it to run. Making widows programs run on linux using wine is a sort of black magic that prefer not to practice. In practice wine should not be expected to work with random pieces of software. If you have windows software that you want to run, 9 times out of 10 you'll need to use windows to run it.
