Post Copying From A FAT32 Drive

The Windows machine died last night and Im about to install Slackware.

Ive booted the machine to an alternate copy of WinXP and am performing a back up (just a file copy) to a separate hard drive, formatted FAT32.

Im going to wipe the hard drive that was in the system when it failed (hence the backup now), and wipe it to start fresh with the Linux install.

When the Linux system is up and running, what do I have to do to see my data on the FAT32 drive to copy it all back to the regular hard drive?

I wont need write access to the second drive, just read so I can copy everything over.

Thanks.

Believe it or not, I did a bit of looking before posting. I must not have used the proper search terms, as I didnt come across that post.

Thanks for it, I'll do some research.

well i'll tell ya, this question is asked i would say multiple times within a day (not exagerating ) so you have mannnny resources to look through, as this is just one of the many i supplied...
i am sure if you change your search criteria, if the post given is sufficient enough, then you'll find hundreds of these threads..
but anyways, good luck, and if a problem still stands you know where to come
