Controll s/w for Linux services

Friends ,

Everybody know , it is very easy to control all the services in windows platform , here we can start or stop or automatically start the services easily using graphical mode .

Is there any third party tools for Linux to control all Linux services (Besides "ntsysv",cause :"ntsysv" can't manage all services) Like windows platform ?

Plz inform me ... ...
