Google "create a multiboot flash drive with unetbootin " and you will get a number of sites with instructions. If you want to just copy the iso files to the flash and boot them, you can install Grub2 to the master boot record of the flash after copying a /boot/grub directory to the flash drive. You need to create your own grub.cfg file this way and use the loopback loop method. An online search should give you a number of results. If you have specific questions/problems, post back.

Thumbs up

I tried this link : http://www.pendrivelinux.com/boot-mu...2-using-linux/
and formatted an usb stick from a Kubuntu 12.04 desktop ("try ubuntu" option).
Booting from this usb stick brings on a black screen (no grub menu).

Can you give more details to :
- create a bootable USB-stick
- install grub2 & configure it
?
